Our Grooming Services 

We recommend that you give your dog a walk before you arrive for their grooming appointment, especially if their energy is high!

On your arrival we will discuss your dogs requirements and agree which service is most appropriate. Before grooming a health assessment will always be carried out

Bath, Dry and Tidy
 Bath, Dry and Tidy

During its bath your dog will be shampooed twice using an all-natural shampoo best suited to their coat, and during drying any dead and loose hair will be removed. Their nails will be trimmed and any knots between the pads removed. Their ears will be cleaned and if needed their fringe trimmed.

This is our most popular service. In addition to a bath and dry your dog will be styled to your requirements by clipping or scissoring
Hand Stripping
 Hand Stripping

This is a method used mainly for wire coats such as Schnauzers and Fox Terriers, also some breeds with softer coats such as Springer and Cocker Spaniels.
Puppy Familiarisation
 Puppy Familiarisation 

It is important to introduce your puppy to grooming as early as possible, so we offer puppy familiarisation. This is a complimentary service for dogs under 4 months and no actual grooming will take place.

Once your pup has had their inoculations they can come and get used to the sounds and smells of the Studio. They will be able to have a good sniff around, take a ride on the electric grooming table, hear the driers and of course receive tasty treats and lots of attention, so they associate grooming with a pleasant experience.

Once your puppy has attended a familiarisation session it will be time for their first groom. This could be a simple Bath, Dry & Tidy, or incorporate clipping or hand stripping as per your (and their) requirements.

We offer nail clipping for both cats and dogs.
Microchipping
 Microchipping

We offer Microchipping of both cats and small dogs. This can either be carried out at the Studio, or via a home visit if you live locally
